I have no idea where this one came from. It was unopened with a little slip of paper with a tax stamp slipped in. It's probably Polish, as the people are Polish historical figures.
Aha! They were made by Krakowskie Zaklady Wyrobow Papierowych, which is now known as Trefl-Krakow.
